Bringing your clients across
Moving clients, pets, history and future bookings from another system.
We do this for you rather than handing you a spreadsheet template. Send us an export from your current system and we will bring across clients, pets, appointment history and any bookings already in the diary.
What to send
Whatever your current system will give you. Most export to CSV from a settings or reports screen. If you can only get a PDF or a printout, tell us — we have dealt with worse.
Running it twice is safe
Every imported record remembers where it came from, so re-running an import updates what is already there instead of creating a second copy of every client. That means we can do a practice run now and a final one the night before you switch.
What does not come across
Card details never transfer — no system can hand them to another, and anyone who offers to is doing something they should not. Clients re-enter a card the first time they pay. Saved cards can be collected ahead of time through a booking link so the first day is not spent typing card numbers.
