What each plan includes and how to change.

Settings → Account shows your plan, what it includes, and your message usage for the current period.

Message allowances

Anything the system sends on your behalf counts against the monthly allowance: reminders, confirmations, campaigns and review requests. A reply you type to one client never does, because answering somebody should not cost you your allowance on a busy Saturday. The usage bar tells you where you are before it matters.

Changing plan

Ask us and it takes effect immediately. Moving down never deletes anything: features you no longer have are hidden, not removed, and come back if you move up again.
